Possible rights. Depending on the applicable law, rights may include confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, information about categories of personal information and recipients, and opt-out rights concerning certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling.
Sensitive information. Where a law provides special rights for sensitive or specially protected data, the company should obtain any required consent and provide any required limitation or opt-out mechanism.
Authorized agents and appeals. Where applicable law permits an authorized agent or requires an appeal process, the company should provide a reasonable verification and appeal procedure.
No discrimination. Users should not receive unlawful discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Requests. Use the Privacy Rights Request page or the privacy contact shown in the Privacy Policy. The company may need to verify identity and may deny or limit a request when a lawful exception applies.
